Customer Operator Stinky Attitude

It feels exhausting.

When I felt bullied all my life, even small negative moments can hit much harder because they build on what’s already there.


My mind goes into a kind of alert mode, expecting the next jab. So when something minor happens, it doesn’t stay minor—it connects to everything before it and feels like another blow.


Just earlier, I made a call to this insurance company after receiving a letter stating my father unsuccessful charge on his policy. They provided the number to call and so instead of waiting 3 days for an email response, I chose to call that annoying dial-and-keep-pressing hotline.


He said I called the wrong department, and wanted to pass my contact to another person which got me confused.

Fact: The dial-and-key I pressed was 'yes' for the policy holder and enquiry for 'policy types'. It did not asked if it's for health & accident or car insurance or etc.


Anyway, since we were at it, he did a check on our car policy:

That service operator actually lost his patience with me when I was seeking clarification about where to send in my father's death certificate, and if my brother's detail is required and if I can do it when we are in the midst of sorting out his asset. God knows how many policies my father bought from them right? What boils my blood was when he laughed as I clarified if I should submit via the on-line form or to any specific email address.


Lack of empathy, patience and respect. For sure I won't be renewing my car's policy with them once it's due. If I make a complaint, will anyone bothers?


Yeah, mockery and flattery are part and parcel of humans's dealing.

If I have super powers, I would slice half of his tongue off and keeps frying them with my favorite butter until it turned charred, then see if my plant will bear flowers on this rottenness.

God, psycho kinky.



Revenge is nothing but the dark side of the sense of fairness.
